It is estimated that there are 5 billion mobile connections In the world, with the emergence of smart phones, mobile technology has reached new level of technology. It’s hard to imagine our lives without this tech gadget which makes the world shrink in to our palms. Making our meetings easier, never allowing us to get bored with its applications & camera.

Magellan sold the first handheld unit of GPS in 1989 for civilian use. The device helps to track locations of people as well as gives you directions. The technology is now used for military as well as in cars & mobiles.

iPodFirst launched by Apple in October 23,2001. The list of gadgets is never complete without the mention of an iPod. A boon to music lovers, the gadget is now used by one & all.

Hair DryerThe first hair dryer was invented in 1890 by a French stylist, Alexandre F. Godefrey. The large, seated version consisted of a bonnet that attached to the chimney pipe of a gas stove. Quite a risky seat to be in the name of beauty! Today’s blow dryers can produce up 2000 watts and can dry hair faster than ever before.

Today the zipper is everywhere & has come a long way up, the mechanical wonder that has kept so much in our lives ‘together’ was designed by Gideon Sundback

Thomas Elva Edison invented Light Bulb which made our dark nights brighter . Althogh many other options are available today for lighting houses, a light bulb still hols equal importance in villages.
